Rules
Read before you join!
1. When signing up try and use your real name or a name that doesn't sound too much like a screen name. Also, you can't pick names like Frodo, Aragorn, Arwen or anything like that. Lesser known names that have nothing to do with the main characters is okie dokie though. It will be less confusing for all of us! Like Altáriel instead of Galadriel.2. Practically any type of website will do just as long as we (me and the other members) can view your site without having to log in. So, places like LiveJournal are just peachy.
3. Keep a detailed log with dates and how you got your cards. This includes cards from games, freebies, trades, level ups, etc. We do check logs here!
4. Make sure your trade post has your level badge and a link back to Estel. Other than that it might also be a good idea to have sections that show cards you're collecting, trading and whatever else.
5. Please join the forums. If nothing else it's so you can submit for mastering a deck, leveling up and other standard forms in a TCG. You don't have to participate in any other stuff but for everything else it's the only way you can receive your rewards. Oh and sign up with the same name you plan to join Estel with.
6. Don't cheat. It defeats the entire purpose of the game and makes it unfair to the members who are playing fairly. Refreshing the prize page, telling other members game answers, looking at other member's trade posts for rewards for the games and blatantly just taking cards. Oh, if you put I give hope to men in the comments section of the join form you'll receive an extra card in your starter pack.
7. Don't direct link anything. It's lazy and not nice. Use something like Photobucket to upload your graphics if you can't use your own site.
8. Please respect all members, staff...everyone here. If someone doesn't want to trade don't badger them until you think they will. And please, if someone wants to trade with you make sure you respond to them in a timely manner.
9. Update at least once or twice a month. Inactivity will eventually get you removed from the game.
10. The rules are here for a reason. Cheating and being disrespectful is not tolerated. If I find that you have blatantly broken any of the rules you will be removed from the game. So before you send in the join form make sure you have read the rules.
